Pepperdine Bible Lectures 2018

The goal is to emulate the leadership of Jesus. Overcoming tensions, conflicts, and differences is vital for unified, spiritual Christian communities. Inclusive leadership fosters vulnerability, transparency, and communication to produce unity without uniformity. Churches with minimal drama maintain membership and attract new members. Biblical principles and proven practices can provide a model for emotional healthy churches. Research and cases studies will be referenced.
