Based on January sales of used Class 8 vehicles, ACT Research is projecting a 6% increase in total sales this year compared to 2020. Roughly 20,700 used Class 8’s were sold last month compared with 18,000 in the same period a year earlier. ACT Vice President Steve Tam expects demand to pick up in the coming months.
