[Sung Psalm: 81] The session decided yesterday to take the next six weeks – the next 40 days – as a time of corporate lament and grieving. The last couple years have been a really hard for everyone. Everyone is grieving in their own way. Our goal for this time is not so much to look backward and relive the past – but to look forward and ask what we can learn, how we can grow – and also, how we can comfort and encourage one another during this season.
