From there, the chat moved to kids’ sport, with Blackers proudly bragging about his son’s three trophies and a medal, including the all-important “player’s player.” Joel shared memories of pennants tennis with his mum heckling from the sidelines, while Ricki reminded us of her saxophone and netball days.
