His coming to Martha and Mary reveals his love and presence in the midst of our struggles is true and sure, and then in that place of struggle he invites us into faith to embrace the reality that not only is there life and love to come through him in the future, but that Jesus is resurrection and life in our present moment. We are invited to live in the light of Jesus’ present and ongoing life and love.
