Hey, Heal Squad! We are back with another Sunday Set Up to set yourself up for the week ahead. This week’s big reminder: true light work means staying neutral and compassionate, recognizing where others are on their journey, and not taking their projections personally. At the end of the day, we create our own reality, and when we stop outsourcing our power, we step out of victimhood and into freedom. We still find room for laughs with talk of retiring the donut podcast for a full-on Candy Podcast Network. We reminisce about ribbon candy,  the best and worst lollipops, and best and worst wax candies, and even float the launch of the “Dumb Parrot Society” for those of us who say a few too many stupid things - as in 99 percent of us. The real message to carry forward this week: when people act out of pain or confusion, it doesn’t have to define you. Stay grounded, hold compassion, and focus on creating the reality you want.
