This is what I call summer hair. It’s big, it’s poofy, and I don’t straighten it, because if I do, it just gets even crazier. So thanks for being here—I appreciate you.   I want to talk about energy and how it doesn’t lie. I’ve been around a lot of kids and dogs recently, and they always gravitate toward me. At the same time, I was listening to a podcast by a psychiatrist who talked about energy and how it can either repel or attract. That really struck me because it’s exactly what I’ve been teaching all along: energy doesn’t lie.   But sometimes that truth makes people uncomfortable, because they’re not used to energy that isn’t filled with chaos, manipulation, or drama. I’ve had people say to me, “I want to be seen, but when I’m around you, it’s scary to be seen.” And I get it.   Energy shows up in everything—in your thoughts, in your words, in what you put out into the world, and in how you interact with others. When your energy is clear, you don’t take on other people’s stuff and you don’t fall into traps
