Gary L. Smith is the author of four books, including two in the personal development area, and one focusing on customer service. As a business leader for more than four decades, following his work as an engineer, he has a wealth of experience to draw on in his work with his coaching clients, as well as his readers and those who attend his live keynote presentations. Smith is a certified John Maxwell coach, a certified DISC consultant, is a graduate of Brigham Young University, and has also earned his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford.
