Lynn Shotwell is the Executive Director of the Council and speaks with us today about the tremendous difficulty faced by companies trying to hired skilled workers and those individuals who are attempting to secure visas to accept positions. She works with policymakers in the United States and around the world to persuade them to reform migration systems so they work for employers, employees a
