In this episode, the Surgical Endoscopy team reviews applications of per oral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) at different locations in the gastrointestinal tract. Specifically, they discuss esophageal POEM for achalasia, G-POEM for gastroparesis, and Z-POEM for management of a Zenker’s diverticulum.
