Dentistry Uncensored With Howard Farran

Dr. Karah started her career in Counseling. Within mental health, she was hired into an Executive Director role, where she discovered leadership excited her.    After marrying her dentist husband in 2002, their adventures continued in Europe while Dr. David Maloley served as an Army officer in the dental corps. Karah worked as a civilian contractor for the Army in Germany and with the VA while living in Italy.     When David was done with his military career, in 2007, Dr. Karah joined the founders team and served as Chief Knowledge Officer of EQmentor, a professional development company focusing on mentoring and emotional intelligence. During this entrepreneurial venture, she completed her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix (in 2009).   In search of a more "European" way of life, Karah and David moved to the Vail and Beaver Creek resort area of Colorado in the fall of 2009 to start a dental practice, Vail Valley Dental Care.    Their family grew by one on May 5
