Matt has successfully transitioned dozens of dental offices and represented countless dentists who desire to sell their practice, purchase a practice or secure a partnership.   Matt has a financial background and experience that includes consulting, accounting, tax strategy, and preparing tax returns for individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships and corporations. Since 2008, Matt has served President and Treasurer on the board for multiple Arizona municipalities where he has approved over $300 million in loans for the purpose of financing City-owned projects.   Matt's previous career included managing the daily operations a business unit of 300 employees and contractors with an annual budget of $50 Million for a billion dollar national corporation.   Matt graduated in the top 10% of his class at Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science and a minor in business.
