Discovering Paleo

My guest today is Bobby Chang, one half of the couple that owns a Paleo cafe called Mission: Heirloom in Berkeley, California. Bobby and his wife Yrmis had traveled for an entire year, crossing 26 countries to learn different culture and cuisines, as well as come up with a bunch of different business ideas to serve the paleo community. When they came back to the US, they settled in Berkeley and opened up a restaurant that Chris Kresser sends his patients to.   Here's Bobby in his own words: Our quick summary starts with us trying Paleo in 2011, after exhausting every possible diets out there, Paleo was the one that the 3 of us (Yrmis: wife, Moya: 16 year old daughter) and I found the most success. We were our own small test and support group. at that time, we were taking a sabbatical to figure out what we were going to do next in our career.
