Discovering Paleo

Adam Farrah has been experimenting and working with Ancestral and Paleo eating ideas for more than 12 years. He was diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis in 2004 and has since fully recovered his health using a Paleo diet, exhaustive trial and error and, recently, medical marijuana.   Adam recovered his health without a lifetime of medication, surgeries or surgical removal of even an inch of intestine. It’s very common for UC patients to suffer through all of these and still live a drastically diminished quality of life.   He’s been experimenting with Medical Marijuana since 2014 and is active in Connecticut with medical marijuana advocacy. He has relationships with both medical marijuana growers and medical marijuana doctors in the state.   He’s a published author. He wrote The Paleo Dieter’s Missing Link and also co-edited The Paleo Miracle 2: Women of Strength. He wrote for Paleo Magazine from 2011 to 2015.   Adam has also written for TRAIN, MILO and HARDGAINE
