Discovering Paleo

Marcos is originally from Venezuela and moved to the US about 8 years ago to go to school with a solid BMI of 33 and a myriad of seemingly minor health issues. He’s always had eye for businesses so when he stumbled upon the Paleo Diet around 2011 his first thought was “Alright, let’s see what this new fad is all about, and how do they plan to take my money”. But after searching for a couple of hours he found out 2 things: 1) information about the Paleo diet was all over the place 2) The only thing “they” were trying to sell were books. So still skeptical he bought the Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf, expecting some real hard pitches on products, supplements, services, seminars and some other money making tactics.
