Discovering Paleo

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all enjoyed a fun and safe time with friends and family. Here's a little sneak peek into my Thanksgiving morning. I belong to a run club called Electric Flight Crew. If there's one thing I hate, it's running. But I know it's good for my stamina and endurance, so I get around it by running with friends. Believe me when I say it's sooooooo much easier running with a fun group of people. If you are hesitant to try a new activity because you're afraid or not very good at it, I encourage you to find a group or trainer to help you get started. It makes a huge difference.
