Scott Reynolds is the co-founder and CEO of UpCodes, an AI-powered platform transforming how the building industry accesses and navigates construction codes. Driven by the belief that access to the law shouldn’t be a burden, Scott teamed up with his brother Garrett, a software engineer, to build a smarter, more equitable solution. A Y Combinator alumni, Scott brings a rare blend of industry insight and startup tenacity. Today, he leads UpCodes’ mission to empower the people who design and build our cities, by making the law accessible, actionable, and AI-enhanced.
