Last time, in our verse-by-verse study of the Book of Romans, we started looking at chapter 9 where the Apostle Paul deals head on with a teaching that has long been debated by Christians, and that is the doctrine of predestination versus election. In other words, does God alone choose those whom He will save? Or do people choose to believe or not believe, regardless of God’s choice? Last time, Pastor Brian reminded is that God is still being faithful to His Word today, particularly in regard to Israel, who as a people, have largely turned away from God by rejecting His Son; clearly, God has is not done with Israel. Let’s join Pastor Brian now as he picks up our study at Romans chapter 9, verse 14, and encourages us to “Let God Be God.”
