The CCE is a commissary commercial kitchen, an excellent option for food entrepreneurs in need of low-cost kitchen space. Chris and Leigh-Ann also discuss plant-based alternatives coming to the fast food marketplace, such as McDonalds' new vegan burger and KFC's plant-based chicken. They highlight Dock Street Brewery. Although they're very established in Philadelphia, they are moving their canning operation and opening a brewpub at 21st and Washington Ave in South Philly.
