"In this service we'll look at liberation theology, a radical movement that grew up in late-20th-century South America as a response to the poverty and the widespread ill-treatment of ordinary people. We'll consider how liberation theology has spread and evolved, giving rise to theologies which challenge oppression and injustice in all its forms, and which stir people of faith to bring about social change. Featuring readings given by Harold Lorenzelli and Roy Clark."
