Proposed that fire district FP-5 encompass all the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County. Same tax rate exists regardless of whether a piece of property is developed, commercial or residential, and regardless of the size of the property. Opportunity to protest the fee increase and area expansion is available, but difficult to access.
