Miami Beach Police Department Deputy Chief Lauretta Hill discusses their departments implementation processes, perspectives and challenges. This podcast discusses the diverse population of Miami Beach and the collaboration that occurred with state's attorney's office and their research partner. The deputy chief discusses best practices and lessons learned from the perspective of a medium sized agency.
