Previous to this, Williams served as the Chief Creative Officer of Starwood Hotels for nearly 8 years. During his time there, he set the company’s global visual and verbal communications strategy, developed worldwide creative standards, controlled creative output, and bore the final responsibility for the quality of all of the company’s advertising and marketing creative products.
