I am known as the fitness guy so that’s my identity so I make sure I am living up to the expectations. Brittany’s motivation: Knowing that other people are relying on her. Tips for finding motivation to work out – Drew’s tips: I try not to sit down. When I’m sluggish I do a few reps before I jump into the workout. Do something easy or something I really enjoy like. For me that’s pushups and pullups. Brittany’s tips: 2-3 small fitness goals. Connect goals to other people. Reward yourself after you’ve done your workout.
