I've been fortunate to have so many amazing women influence my life and business.  I realize how much better they have made me as a Leader and Entrepreneur.  The challenges of succeeding in the professional world for woman are unique and need to be talked about.  Making your way in the "boys club" can be challenging and it's something that all women are faced with.
