Have you ever asked yourself, “What am I really doing here?” or “Why am I doing these things?” We can find ourselves dealing with confusion, frustration, restlessness, etc. when we are not sure what we are to do. In this workshop, we will look at the power of vision in our ministry. Vision has incredible value and purpose in our ministry. We will talk about “turning vision into reality.” In addition, we will talk about how to get a vision, communicating this vision, getting others to be part of the vision, and leading others toward accomplishing the vision. John has served in ministry over 10 years in various capacities (Children, Youth, Young Adult, Christian Education). He has also worked as a counselor for 4 years in Psychiatric Hospitals, dealing with troubled children and youth. John has a Master’s degree in Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Regent University.
