Bruce McQuain from QandO joined us once again for Someone You Should Know, our weekly tribute to the troops. Bruce is a veteran of the Vietnam war and spent 28 years in the U.S. Army. It is the job of every NCO to ensure those for which he or she are responsible are ready to take step forward and do their mentor’s job when the time comes or when they’re promoted into that position.
