She has been a student of the mind/body/spirit connection for over 25 years, is co-author of the book Incredible Life, a workshop leader and inspirational speaker.Catherine trains mental health professionals in the use of alternative modalities in psychotherapy and offers classes, workshops and retreats on a variety of topics related to deep emotional healing, spiritual awakening and personal transformation.In addition to her work with private clients, Catherine has worked in the areas of sexual assault, domestic violence, child protective services and women's reproductive rights. She served as the Ct. Coordinator of the Governor's Task Force on Justice for Abuse
