The vast majority of us have either struggled with despair and hopelessness or know someone who has. What do we do in the face of such an adversity (for ourselves or someone else) given that choosing to "be happy" isn't as easy or effective as it sounds? What does the Bible have to say about dealing with hopelessness, and are there examples of people who came through it?
