Excellent, educational and informative call with special guest Efrain Escobedo, the Executive Liaison Officer at the Registrar Recorder/County Clerk of Los Angeles County's Office. Efrain will report on the status of LA2019s development and procurement of a new voting system. The process has included the input of a Voting Systems Advisory Panel. The panel established principles they deemed necessary for any new voting system to meet in operation.
