This week, I sit down with Sydney Guerrette and Deirdre Catlett of Be The Change Youth Initiative, and we have a very open and candid conversation about mental health and the issues our young people are facing. We also talk about a whole slew of other things, ranging from immigration to abortion to depression and anxiety, and suicidal ideation. This conversation was so rich in wisdom and so much deeper than I could’ve imagined, that I actually decided to make this a TWO-PART episode.
