Geraldine is back in Beirut for her second visit to the Middle East. Eliza was meant to be in Rome to watch her Mum address a diplomatic crowd on International Womens Day. But the last gasp of the so-called Islamic State in Syria has taken Eliza's husband Adam away on assignment. This week the women discuss the importance of institutions in helping women thrive.
