God has qualified you for every promise He has made. He has given everything to you--breakthrough, favor, blessing, healing, abundance, authority--but many Christians are still living in lack with unanswered prayers and mountains that won't move, and many times it's because they don't believe they qualify. Colossians 1:12 tells us to give "joyful thanks to the Father, who has QUALIFIED you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light."
