1 Thessalonians 5:1-3 "but of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write to you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. >Summary< The call of the day is peace and safety and it only grows louder and louder. Riots, civil unrest, wars and rumors of wars, water shortages, flooding, volcanoes, earthquakes, sickness and disease are all giving people a thirst for security and safety. The power brokers of the day have seen this and are seizing upon the peoples fears and anxieties. This is what Rabbi Paul was talking about. When the cry of the world is peace and safety without God, then sudden destruction comes! Some mistake this scripture as one of the "Rapture" scriptures, however, this scripture is not talking about the rapture. This scripture is highlighting the second return of Yeshua Our Messiah
