Welcome! Today, we begin with a few books such as 2 Thessalonians 2, Colossians, leading back to James! The last two Episodes we have we have discussed: 1) Wisdom 2) Temptation & Now! He begins with the recap from the previous episodes naming the steps that lead to temptations. 1) Internal, comes from the heart. 2) External, comes from darts from the enemy. (Temptations that is) Question: "How can you overcome temptation and/or can you overcome temptation?" A. 1 Corinthians 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” Please listen in as we go through 'James' other scripture interpreting the versus is Chapter One.
