I want to preface this episode by saying that I, in no way, want you to judge yourself for resting and watching Netflix all day. I spend most of my day doing just that! After all, we are facing a situation that no one could've ever imagined, and we are all doing our best to navigate through this. I am soaking up as much family time as I can right now, and if anything.. I really needed a pause on my workload. However, I have slowly began to address items on my to-do list when I feel the need to get my mind on something other than the news. I love how I get to tackle each item at my own pace, with no real deadline in sight. This list is intended to help you come back stronger than ever when it is time to open your doors again. Each task takes about 30-60 minutes on average. Remember, no matter how you choose to spend each day, you are doing a GREAT job.
