Ever wondered what difference a few hours a week can make over a lot of years? Boss Frog Andy Gourley does! Jo and Scott catch up with the Founder and Director of Red Frogs, a youth and young adult support movement that now spans the globe. Red Frogs are a positive intervention presence at youth festivals, parties and events in countries all over the world, and are most well known locally in Australia for their work at Schoolies, the annual school-leaver festival around the nation for high school graduates. Andy talks about how it started with some skaters that he had been mentoring, that he didn't want to see make terrible decisions at an important time in their lives.
