Knowing God: Episode 2 Who Is Like You? God is worthy, there is no disputing this fact. But where does His worth come from? How does your heart stir when you hear God is worthy? The elders surrounding His throne fall before Him, proclaiming “You, oh marvelous King of all creation, are worthy to receive honor, glory, and power from all things. For everything was created by you and has life because of you.” This week we meditate on Exodus 15:11. Moses and all of the Israelites just crossed the Red Sea, watching God extinguish their enemies before them. After this epic display of salvation, the entire assembly breaks out in a song. Our verse this week comes from that song; the Song of Moses and Israel. “Who is like You among the gods, O Lord? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, working wonders?
