Cultivate Connection - Christ Centred Meditation

I'm really excited for our second of a four part series inspired by the 4-elements. We explore the element of air this week and its connection to our breath. The Holy Spirit breathes the breath of life into us, causing life and awakening. It is the spirit of God, and the power of God that establishes our freedom, something we can’t do on our own.
