Advent is a time to look at the first coming of Jesus Christ in eager expectation of the second. At the core of the Gospel is the proclamation that Jesus came to be with us as one of us, so that we might be with Him. As we kick of this Christmas/Advent season, we give props to Justin Bieber for being more open and honest about his faith and public declaration that Jesus loves us. Then we go on to talk about the announcement from the angel Gabriel to Mary that she would become pregnant with child.
