On this week's podcast, we are joined remotely by Chef Nic Gignac of Stack Brewhouse in Sudbury (with his lovely wife Jes chiming in from time to time).  We get into the impacts of the current pandemic on the restaurant industry, and what things might look like in the future, as well as much, much more. Unfortunately, we experienced some technical issues in recording this conversation, so you may find that the discussion gets a little wonky at a few spots.  Although, that may have just been the nature of us getting together.
