We talk about how Marc got into the sport, the benefits of increased activity and conditioning, his thoughts on nutrition and how this led to his co-founding of Borealis Fresh Farms. We also touch plans for the future and as always, anything that comes to mind. Although we've decided to get moving, this has done little to quench our thirst for the best brews (possibly worsened the problem??). In this episode, we sip on a few cans of Ebb and Flow Session Sour from Muskoka Brewery, as well as a few Lone Pine IPA from Sawdust City Brewing Company.
