Bazaar Productions presents Fringe Music, a new free music series that will bring new, innovative music to the Berkshires on the first Friday of every month as part of Pittsfield’s First Fridays Artswalk. The arts organization is taking a hiatus from its normal summer offering, Berkshire Fringe, a festival that combines theater, music and art, to provide a more focused musical experience. Co-artistic director Peter Wise says, "Previously, we had a music series going on at the same time as a theater festival, and workshops, and all of this stuff crammed into a couple of weeks... but this is a great chance to showcase one thing at a time, and we're really looking forward to that."
