Marilyn Daily, Director of Center 50+, joined us to talk about programs and services for those at her 50+ community center. The second half of our lives (age 50 and over) is about self-discovery, maintaining a quality-filled life through a healthy and active lifestyle, and finding new ways to remain connected to our peers and our community.
