Aging In The Willamette Valley

This week we speak with Jennifer Rounsaville and Joanne Heilinger from the Salvation Army Kroc Community Center and touch on many of the offered activities, especially those for seniors. Jennifer is involved in community outreach and business development, and Joanne is a group exercise instructor. It is mind-blowing how many activities and amenities the Kroc Center offers to our community, from kids to seniors. They have it all, folks! Fitness classes, strength and balance classes, low impact classes in the swimming pool, and more!
