They were not able to MOVE! But what moved them was who was living in them! Their Joy was not determined by there circumstance. Their praise was not determined by their position! Nothing could stop Paul and Silas from praising God! Can’t stop Wont stop! What moves the hand of God? 2 things - Prayer and Worship!
