"Adventure has a name," said one of the many taglines used to describe the character of Indiana Jones, the brainchild of George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK should be considered classic cinema by now, as well as a window into an even older form of cinema, the cliffhanger serials made famous Republic Pictures that Spielberg and Lucas grew up watching.
