Join us for this interview with Sharmeela Mediratta, LCSW, Vice President for Community-Based Services and Kimberly (Kym) Hardy Watson, Vice President of Prevention, Foster Care & Adoption Services at Graham Windham to learn how they work together as part of a wider strategy to cultivate the development of Graham’s leaders through the Directors Network, an intra-agency approach to equip and support Graham's emerging and developing directors. During this episode, Sharmeela and Kym will share challenges and successes, and will provide advice to other nonprofit, human-serving organizations seeking to develop its internal leaders. Sharmeela earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSW from Columbia School of Social Work, and Kym holds a Bachelors degree from Fordham University and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Baruch College.
