Leadership Matters

One of the first demands of any leader is to develop and articulate a vision of the future that inspires his/her followers to voluntarily engage and invest fully to achieve success. Many would say that task is the easy part. More difficult is figuring out all of the tactics that will need to be deployed to achieve the vision, when those tactics need to be achieved and at what level, communicating progress across the organization, changing direction quickly if the anticipated results aren’t manifested, and keeping every employee on the same page fully understanding how his/her daily contributions make a difference.
