Leadership Matters

The ability to deal with and manage across differences is a critical skill for leaders. Today’s workplace, community and economic market are more diverse than ever. Leading in an effective manner requires understanding and navigating in complex social situations where diversity is dynamic and can include differences in worldviews, agendas, personalities, disciplines, gender, class, race, culture, education, and more. To achieve success, leaders must be able to foster inclusion and recognize, consider, bridge and co-construct solutions across differences. Dr. G and guests will discuss how to foster inclusion and lead effectively across differences to inspire solutions and achieve desired outcomes.
